Todays workout: 2 miles on the treadmill (39 minutes 20 seconds)
Today was another "Just Get It Done" Day. It was dinner time and still no workout for the day so I put on my running shoes and just got on the treadmill in my jeans and t-shirt while dinner was in the oven cooking and daddy played magnetix with the kids on the floor :)
Mental note from last nights bedtime is to give hubby a kiss and quickly go to bed before I get engrossed in whatever it is he's doing or watching on T.V. I was ready to go to bed before my 10:00 curfew but went downstairs to say goodnight and feeling a little bad because the youngest one was still not apparently ready for bed, I sat down on the couch and got glued to the T.V. I finally got in bed a little after 11:00 but that won't work for getting up @ 5:00 am.
