Today's workout: 2 miles on the treadmill in 38 minutes 40 seconds. I ran at a 6.0 for 1/2 a lap.
I can see that this week's goal has been to just Keep Moving! I don't know what I expected the first week but I'm pleased to see that it wasn't too difficult to just Get Moving for a minimal sweat each day :)
I have an idea of something to add to my workout starting Saturday and I will let everyone know how it goes :)
Some ideas of adding strength is to get to bed by 10:00 each night and up every morning @ 5:00 am. Sticking to a sleep schedule should help me tremendously!
Another idea that I can see will be tremendously helpful to my strength and stamina is figuring out an affordable healthy food schedule. Well, there's that schedule word again :)
