Hello All,
Today's workout: 2 miles on the treadmill in 38 minutes plus I added another 1/2 mile so it was a total of almost 50 minutes.
My plan was to add a stretching video from an old time favorite from almost 20 years ago that was done by Stormie Omartian but I got caught up in too much fun with making a new friend :) and didn't get home in time to pop in the video. The video is so old and doesn't come on DVD form but really seemed to do the trick when I was in my late teens. There are 3 sections of stretching cardio that are each in 20 minute sections that get more difficult. I remember being able to do the whole hour with no problem but I doubt it will be true for me now. I will be interested to see how many weeks it will take before I can do the whole thing :) We shall see!
