Food consumption:

- 1 cup Turkey/Chicken spaghetti w/1 Tbsp. sour cream, 300 calories
- 3 slices banana bread - no butter, 690 calories
- 1 small avocado, 214 calories, 20 fat calories
- 5 raw almonds, 45 calories
- 1 orange, 100 calories
- 1 apple, 80 calories
- 1 cup pistachio pudding, 150 calories, 2 fat calories
- 15 asparagus w/vegannaise, 180 calories, 90 fat calories
- 2 Tbsps. carob chips, 70 calories, 30 fat calories
- 1 cup Turkey/Chicken spaghetti w/1 Tbsp. sour cream, 300 calories
Approximate Total: 2,174 calories, probably at least 200 fat calories
As you can probably see, my diet isn't well planned. Got to work on that :)
