Happy Birthday to my very good friend Jennifer Lee :)
I got on the treadmill this a.m. and walked 10 miles! :) It was actually pretty easy except my left groin area wouldn't let me sprint past 7.0 I guess I better stretch more. The shin splints are gone and the right quad pain is gone, YES! :) Aside from the 1 mile I did at full incline at 3.2 I did the rest of my training, walking 3.0 on the curves and sprinted 7.0 on the straight ways. I didn't feel too sore which was nice but after taking a shower I laid down for a nap and slept 3 hours so I guess it pooped me out a bit.
So, 10 miles in 2 hrs. 27 min. for a 14:41 pace
Total: 214 Miles!
