No treadmill yet today. I may walk a mile before I go to bed yet, we'll see :)
I'm doing really well on my calorie counting :) 1200-1400 nearly every day and it's really beginning to feel like a lifestyle, finally I found something that will work to keep the weight off :)
:) 1 mile with 5 lb. weights walking 3.4 speed in 17:48 :) It was well worth it for taking 130 calories off of whatever I ate today.
Total: 121 Miles!
