I'm staying between 1200-1400 calories a day which is giving me a 1 pound loss each day and it's working great :)
I guess I better get back on that treadmill tomorrow :) I made a pledge on a group I joined on the livestrong website to walk/run 30 miles for the month of December. I think I have about 28 miles to go :)
Total: 118.5 Miles
