I think I'm going to walk today :)
I'm really liking this Proten-2-Go from the Biggest Loser! It really helps with the sugar cravings and getting the munchies all the time.
Oh yeah! Did 30 minutes on the treadmill at a 3.0 speed for 1.5 miles and then took a 30 minute bath :)
A friend of mine has struck a deal with me to go the next 2 weeks eating just 1200 calories a day and we've got a good plan to make it happen :) We're going to measure the waist and weigh in and see if we get results. Of course any exercise we can add each day would be helpful.
Total: 118.5 Miles
