I'm very happy to say that I got on my treadmill tonight and walked 2 miles in 37:54 minutes at an average of 3.2 speed. It feels good to be getting back on track. Last week was brutally emotional for whatever reasons it doesn't matter, what does matter is that I got through it and I'm exercising again!
I'm curious about the new vitamin/fat burning shake that Jillian is selling and may try it. I need something that's for sure :)
