Hello Everyone, November 22nd, 2009
I'm feeling exhausted at 11:11pm tonight, need to go to bed.
I woke up and got my 2 miles in this morning :)
I weighed myself at 215 lbs. so I lost 3 lbs. in 6 days, that's a good start. I'll weigh again on December 22nd and hopefully 4 weeks will give me a good number :) I'm far from being out of the woods yet!
I look forward to hearing other peoples ideas :) so shoot!
Water intake: 64 ozs.
Food consumption:
- 1 cup cream of wheat
- 20 almonds,
- peppermint tea, 0 calories :)
- 2 slices toast w/butter & honey,
- 6" Subway Chicken sandwich,
- 1 cup 3-Bean soup
- 2 squares of corn bread
- 1 Peanut Buster Parfait from Dairy Queen

Total: 107 Miles

ReplyDeleteI definitely find on the days I dont track, well simply put, I eat more. Yesterday was a bad day!
Are you doing a specific program that you are building up your walking or running? I just finished couch to 5k and have started one hour runner.
