Good Morning all, November 13th, 2009
Woke at 5:00 to the alarm clock and got on the treadmill at 6:00 to do a very slow 43 minute walk of 2 miles :)
Took a shower, got my oldest up to take his shower and then ate an apple and some pumpkin seeds while I got myself updated on the computer.
A friend just recently mentioned a great way to motivate your training. Stacy Hull just logged 1,000 miles for the year, awesome! I tallied mine since I began October 10th and the number is 80.3 miles! I wonder if I can catch up to her :) I like a good competition :)
