Day 2 (363 days to go)

Hello to all who will one day read this :)

Right now my goal is to do some kind of focused activity every day for about an hour a day like walking, running, aerobics, swimming. I would do a sport if my kids could join me but that's not likely with 4 small children. I look forward to brainstorming ideas of exercise that keep my children involved with me. It's so frustrating to be doing some kind of exercise that leaves them out while they just have to sit there and watch and be bored. My kids are 1, 3, 5 & 10. We have a little bit of nice weather still but not for long as winter gets closer.

Today my exercise was 2 miles on the treadmill!
