Hi all,
9:43 pm and I just finished my 2 miles for today :) I did it in my regular time of 40 minutes going at a 3.0 speed, holding 4 lb. weights. I think tomorrow I'd like to see myself holding 5 lb. weights :) I suppose if I get good at this walking with weights thing then I'll have to go buy some more weights. I don't have anything past 5 lbs.
I'll also be glad when I get rid of this excess weight and I can just enjoy the run :)
