Hi :)
I did the 2nd part of my 20 minute workout with Stormie Ormatian video with all 4 of my kids there helping me out :) I didn't do so bad. I then walked a very slow 2 miles just because I could :) and I was talking on the phone with my dad :)
I've noticed that my body is feeling more flexible and I'm moving around a lot quicker :)
