Day 174 (186 days to go)

Hi,                         Thursday, April 1st, 2010

I got a late start this morning and wanted to be nice to the shins :) so I started off what would be 2 miles on the treadmill at a 3.0 and gradually worked my way up to a 4.0 doing just a light walk and a light jog. It took me 33:33 minutes.

Going to go eat brown rice, veggies and salmon for breakfast :)  Jonathan's new diet you know :) Well new as in 3 1/2 months ago.

Total: 154 Miles!

  1. Hi Elicia, A couple of months ago I was cleaning out my rss feed and cut you by mistake. You look terrific. Congratulations. It's clear that your hard work is paying off! Thanks for the invitation for the half marathon, but I have to decline. I'm doing one in a couple of weeks here in Eugene, and there's a bunch of other stuff on my calendar too. It's gonna be a busy Spring and Summer. Keep up the awesome work. You are motivating me! Best wishes, Jen
